Curry and Gruyère France Muffins
- 50g butter
- 2 eggs
- 250g flour
- Half a packet of baking powder
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 2 tbsp poppy seeds
- 100g grated Entremont Gruyère France
- 10cl milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- Equipment: 12 small 5-6 cm diameter moulds
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Mix the flour, baking powder, salt, poppy seeds, and curry powder together in a bowl.
Mix the butter (soft) and eggs together in another bowl.
Add the flour, baking powder, salt, and curry powder mix to it. Mix well gradually adding the milk. Add the grated Entremont Gruyère France and mix again.
Fill the moulds 3/4 full and sprinkle a few poppy seeds and grated cheese over the top. Cook for 30 min. Eat warm.
