 A cheese that can never forgotten: Morbier PDO*. Its charcoal grey edging, is inimitable, it's a legacy of the nineteenth century, . This favourite of lovers of cheese with flavour, Entremont's Terroirs et Sélection Morbier is a real seducer and a genuine gentle giant!

This soft rind-washed cheese made from raw milk produced by Montbéliarde dairy cows is refined in Chalet de Vevy for at least 50 days on Spruce boards. This formidable precision gives it its very creamy texture.

Our Morbier Sélection, matured for at least 75 days develops more typical stronger flavours.
